Improve Oxygen rate in Your Substrate using White Perlite
These bags of perlite are perfect for mixing your own soil or coco coir substrate. You can also use just perlite on its own for amazing results in hydroponic settings. This material can be used over and over again as long as it’s been washed and cleaned correctly. It’s a great way to save money and it’s also extremely hard for insect infestations or any sort of fungi to attack this type of substrate. If growing in hydroponics you’ll need to stabilize pH levels to around 5.5 with a Budget PH Meter before you start growing. We recommend letting it soak for 24h and lowering the pH slowly until it’s at the right level. We recommend using 20-30% perlite in your substrate.
