If you still have some cannabis and your trimmer isn’t doing the best, it’s most likely because the slotted grate is busted or too clogged – now you can get your hands on a replacement grate, which is squeaky clean. You’ll then have your old grate and this grate, covered in resin so you’ll be able to get some amazing resin when cleaning your trimmer.

If you scrape your grates in order to get the resin off, take care as you can easily damage the grate and end up scraping the paint off. After scraping, wash it in washing alcohol and the resin of the resin will simply fall off.

It has three screws used to hold it in place – just make sure that you’ve screwed them in properly as it can come undone halfway through the trimming process. You can also choose between two different grates in the above pull-down menu; standard slots, and thinner slots. The standard grate has 11 mm slots, whereas the slim model has 8 mm slots.
