Flowerbomb Kush Strain History

Flowerbomb Kush by Strain Hunters is an explosion of flavors and colors, and has won prizes such as first place in the High Times Cannabis Cup 2012. This particular strain comes from a combination between a Green Crack and an OG Kush. This plant doesn’t give the highest of yields, although it makes up for it in the quality of its flowers which are both attractive visually and aromatically. It grows incredibly fast like an Afghan plant and few leaves thanks to its sativa genes.

Growing Flowerbomb Kush Indoors

Indoors it grows nice and bushy with an average internode distance. Its large, dark green leaves are clearly proof of its Kush genes. It’ll take just 55-65 days to flower indoors, growing large, compact buds in all shapes and sizes, covered in a thick layer of resin. We recommend growing this plant in a hydroponic system in order to increase yield.

Growing Flowerbomb Kush Outdoors

Outdoors you’ll need to make sure that you have the right climate for this plant; it does well with brusque temperature changes but to a certain extent. If you live somewhere incredibly humid you’ll need to really keep an eye on your plants; the thickness of the buds makes it extremely easy for fungi to make them their home. We recommend planting it towards the end of April/beginning of May in order to give it the perfect climate right at the start. It should be ready towards the end of October, yielding up to 800g per plant.

Flowerbomb Kush Flavor and Effect

It has a Hindu Kush flavor; earthy and quite intense. It gives a hard physical high with a sort of colorful experience in the come-down, leaving you feeling comfortable and calm.
