Session Regular by Reggae Seeds was created in 2006 after a long selection process – they found the perfect phenotype that’s incredibly strong and grows intensely. Its large yields make it the perfect strain for commercial growers that are looking to make the most out of their growing space.

Growing Session Regular Seeds Indoors

Indoors it grows incredibly strong and tall, so you’ll need to use a trellis net or top your plants and train them to keep them short and easily manageable. It loves high temperatures and a regular feeding schedule in order to flower properly. You should flip them to flower around 2 weeks into the process so that they don’t get too tall. You can harvest around 450g from about 14 plants per square meter using a SCRoG technique, which is highly recommended for sativa strains indoors.

Growing Session Regular Seeds Outdoors

Mediterranean climates are ideal for this strain, and if planted in the ground with pre-prepared substrate you should be able to grow enormous, high-yielding plants. They can easily grow over 2m tall, and we recommend topping them before they begin flowering and training the branches with Plastic Stakes so they don’t break under the weight. You should be able to harvest up to 500g per plant when done right towards the beginning of November.

Intense Flavors and Aromas

Both its flavor and aroma are intensely diesel-like with hints of citrus thanks to its Diesel genes. Its effect is energetic and euphoric.
