Información del producto
The Milwaukee MAX PH/TDS/Temp Monitor is perfect to control the amount of nutrients in the irrigation water tank. This product checks pH, EC and temperature to know how much fertilizing a plant needs. The results are instant and easy to read thanks to its three big LCD screens.
Milwaukee MAX PH/TDS/Temp Monitor with a probe for each parameter
This product stands out for its ease of use and its fast configuration, which enables constant monitoring of the parameters in irrigation water. This way you’ll be able to know what’s going on with the water you use. These monitors can be calibrated for pH and EC. It includes a stainless steel probe to measure the temperature.
How to use the Milwaukee MAX PH/TDS/Temp Monitor
- First connect the monitor, then attach the 12 V adapter and plug it to the current.
- Select the temperature unit, choose between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
- The temperature is factory calibrated.
To calibrate the PH:
Always use new buffers to calibrate and maintain the electrodes. If possible, it’s best to use plastic cups to minimize the EMC interferences. If you want to obtain more precise results, use two cups with solution, one to rinse and the other one for each calibration (7 and 4).
Each calibration requires one of the three standard buffer solutions: 4.01, 7.01 or 10.01 pH. Remove the protective cap from the pH electrode and dip it in the Ph 7.01 calibration solution. Use the screw to adjust it until it indicates 7.0. Repeat again with the pH 4.01 buffer.
To calibrate the EC:
Use the 1413 μS / cm calibration buffer and dip the EC probe. When the mS reading shows 1413 μS / cm, the process is complete.
Measuring:
Remove the protective cap from the pH electrode and place it in the water tank for it to make a constant reading of pH levels. The probes can float in the water with a piece of white cork. The three screens will display all the parameters at the same time.
