Black Widow is a famous strain that comes from a combination between a Brazilian sativa and a hybrid from India. This strain has won many prizes, including the 1995 High Times cup. It gets its name from its short stature and the dark colors its leaves go towards the end of the flowering period. Growing Black Widow Strains Outdoors

Outdoors they grow to an average size, with plenty of branches pointing upwards. You might want to train them so that their branches don’t end up bending and breaking. It should be ready to harvest towards the end of September/beginning of October. If you live somewhere with short summers, we recommend growing in a greenhouse in order to avoid any mishaps. You’ll be able to harvest large, sticky buds that are perfect for making your very own resin extracts.
