Mr. Blueberry Bud

In order to create the strain Mr. Blueberry Bud, Mr. Hide Seeds spent an incredible amount of time looking for an original Blueberry strain that produced aromas and flavors that were actually similar to real Blueberries. After finding the plant they were looking for, they crossed it with a highly productive Big Bud in order to improve yield and give it a sturdier structure. The resulting plant produces high yields, is delicious and produces beautiful purple colors; it’s also quite easy to grow.

Indoors this indica-dominant strain should only be grown for 20 days max before flipping it to flower; this allows you to keep them at around 1-1.4m tall with an average to large amount of branches. They’re quite stress-resistant in general, although you’ll want to keep the relative humidity with a Mini Dehumidifier,  in your grow room low or else you may have issues with mold and fungi due to how large its buds can grow. The average yield is around 450-550g, and it takes a total of 60-65 days to flower fully.

Outdoors is where this strain really shines, and you should be able to harvest it towards the beginning of October; with the dip in temperatures at the end of summer, its buds can sometimes go beautiful purple and violet tones. It can grow around two meters tall, producing plenty of branches; it can easily withstand strong winds, although we still recommend training its branches anyway to improve its structure and grow larger flowers. When grown organically you’ll be able to truly appreciate its flavors and aromas. You can harvest up to 700g per plant when done right.

Its flavor is the main reason this strain is grown; it really does taste like blueberries and other wild berries. Its effect is much more physically intense than the original Blueberry, although it shouldn’t couch-lock you.
