The reflector is designed to cover an area of 0.8 x 0.8 m or 1 x 1 m with a hammertone interior that will help the light be evenly distributed around your entire grow. The thread is essentially two holes, one bigger than the other, just like the clamps on your bulb. Make sure to connect the large clamp with the right hole and vice-versa so that you don't risk damaging your LEC kit.

When choosing your bulb, keep in mind that the 3200 and 4200k models give quite similar results; they both have similar colors but they have different light penetration rates; 3200 is better for growing out the tips of your plants, whereas the 4200 light has a slightly higher penetration rate.
