GB Lighting 315W LEC Luminaire

The GB Lighting 315W LEC Luminaire is a fantastic lighting system for indoor grows. This lighting system integrates both the ballast and the reflector. LEC technology is revolutionizing the cannabis market as it guarantees promising results regarding the quality and quantity of the crop, whether in grow tents or grow rooms.

This LEC/ CMH lighting system covers 1 m², which is the same as a 600W HPS bulb, but with way lower energy consumption. This system produces less heat, provides a more natural lighting and obtains a higher g/watt ratio.

As it comes fully set, all you need to do is hang it in the desired place using the included metal hooks and connect it to the electric current for it to start working.

This fantastic lighting kit features a 315W an elegant electronic green ballast with the GB The Green Brand logo on it and it has an input power of 343W and a 230V voltage range. Its structure is light and resistant to dust and moist. Very stable and silent functioning.

Its Plug & Play input with included power cord makes the set up fast, easy and safe. The ballast incorporates a passive aluminium heat dissipator and Soft Start technology, which prevents the system from suffering current overloading by gradually increasing lighting intensity, mimicking sunrise. It does not have a multi-control connection to connect various ballasts at the same time.

The included GB Lighting 315W LEC bulb offers a full lighting spectrum, which means it can promote plants vegetative growth as well as propitiate a greater production of flowers and resin thanks to its capacity to emit UV-B rays.

Its 3000K color temperature guarantees excellent results during the growth and flowering phases as it provides a warmer light than other lighting systems. It has a PGZ18 socket that adapts to the reflector with ease and an average rated life of approximately 15000 h. The bulbs are properly wrapped in plastic boxes to prevent any possible damage or a lower performance. Avoid touching the glass as the hands’ natural grease could compromise functioning. 

The reflector is closed and it’s integrated in the ballast with an extra strong attachment. It provides a reflectivity of nearly 95% and it is made of first quality anodized aluminium, which guarantees durability and great resistance.

Its stucco design provides homogeneous lighting over the entire grow surface. CMH lamp reflectors have a ceramic socket that withstands very high temperatures, unlike HPS lamps, which include a quartz socket. It is worth mentioning that there are different adapters to adapt LEC bulbs to the PGZ18 socket that this reflector has.
