Gelato-K by Kannabia is a strain created using the original Gelato, making for a plant that’ll be talked about for years to come. It comes from a Bubba Kush and a Gelato – it produces an intense aroma that’s hard to forget; it combines sweet, earthy and citric aromas that are quite marked. It’s a sativa-dominant plant that produces average-sized internodes and compact buds.

Growing Gelato-K Indoors

Indoors is where you’ll be able to make the most out of it thanks to its average internodes that allow light and air through easily. If you let it grow for too long without flipping it to flower it can grow much too tall. We recommend giving it 25 growth days after germination at the most. You’ll be able to grow these plants from 0.7-1.4m, producing up to 450g per square meter. It should be finished after around 55-63 flowering days.

Growing Gelato-K Outdoors

Outdoors it grows strong with a sturdy structure that allows light and air to circulate around the bottom of the plants. Some plants may grow more compact and bushy. If you train it properly and give it plenty of space for the roots you can harvest up to 600g per plant. Its buds end up going purple and violet, turning out super compact and resinous – its aroma is unique and intoxicating. It should be ready to harvest towards the beginning of October.
