These 400w bulbs produce a light spectrum of 2000k and also produce almost 50000 total lumens; these lights can be used for around 3 full growing processes as long as the strains take no more than 60 days to flower. When growing long-flowering plants, it can run efficiently for about 2 two full grows. Once you've used it up, you can also use it for various germinating and growth processes for other grows, but it loses strength for the flowering process.

In order to install this device correctly, we recommend using a clean cloth to handle the bulb so you don't accidentally get oils from your skin smudged on the glass.
