Shaman Cannabis Seeds

Shaman is a cannabis strain that’s been bred by Dutch Passion since 1980. This hybrid is an incredibly robust, strong and potent strain that comes from a combination between Purple #1 and Super Skunk. Its Purple genes give its buds a lovely pinkish tint to them, and the Skunk genes increase yield, flavor and flowering speed. It has quite a sativa structure, producing long internodes and giant buds. It’s perfect for outdoor or greenhouse growing, where it can grow as large as it wants.

Growing Shaman Regular Indoors

Indoors, it really shouldn’t be an option. Like Purple #1, it prefers cold and humid climates. If you decide to grow this strain under grow lights, you’ll need to keep in mind that it has a special set of needs. The best way to do it would be to plant clones and set them straight under a 12/12h light period. If you plant from seeds you’ll need to place a lot of plants and use a SoG system in order to control their height. You can also place fewer plants and use the SCRoG method with more growth.

Growing Shaman Regular Outdoors

Outdoors it’s much easier to grow as it doesn’t have as many limitations. It goes beautiful purple colors when the temperature is right, so if you have low temperatures where you plan to grow this strain you’re in luck. It grows incredibly strong so you shouldn’t need to use much NPK fertilizers, however, Genehtik Growth Kit is a good option. Shaman will make the most out of the nitrogen in its substrate. It’s also quite resistant to fungi and spider mites, making it one of the best plants for outdoor growing. You can harvest up to 700g per plant.

Shaman Regular Strain Properties

Its aroma is sweet and flowery. If you have a sensitive sense of smell, you’ll be able to discern hints of vanilla, jasmine and artichoke. Its flavor is bittersweet and has an intense minty and spicy aftertaste. Its effect is active and energetic, perfect for getting stuff done.
