Información del producto
pH+ Boom allows you to increase the amount of pH in your nutrient solution when needed; pH is one of the most important parameters when it comes to growing cannabis. If the pH in your water isn’t at the right level, your plants won’t be able to absorb the nutrients given to them; incorrect pH is one of the main reasons that cannabis plants end up with nutritional deficiencies.
pH levels are essentially what measure the acidity and alkalinity of a substance, which in this particular case is water. Cannabis plants are capable of absorbing substances that have a certain pH through their roots, however if the pH is too high (alkaline) or low (acidic), your plants’ roots won’t be able to absorb certain nutrients and they’ll begin to show signs of nutrient deficiency, ending up blocked off from any type of nutritional support. If this happens and you don’t adjust the pH, it could make for some disastrous results on your plants.
First, you’ll need to have a chemical or digital pH meter on hand (digital meters that have been well calibrated are much more trustworthy and affordable in the long run). You’ll need to measure the pH in your nutrient solution before using it in order to check and see if you’re within the right range. During the growth period, your water should be at 5.5-5.8 pH, and it should sit between 6.2 and 6.8 during the flowering period. If these levels are too low, you’ll need to add some pH+ Boom, and if they’re too high you can use pH- Boom, which is its pH lowering equivalent.
When growing in soil, all you have to do is add up to 1ml of pH Boom per 10L of water used; let it sit, measure the mixture and repeat if necessary. On the other hand, hydroponic grows that use water tanks require the same amount although you’ll want to check and maybe adjust the pH every couple of days just in case; there shouldn’t be any sort of rapid changes or fluctuations.
