CO2 Generator with different strengths

This CO2 generator uses propane gas as fuel, an effective but affordable method if you don’t want to spend too much money on other Co2 generation systems. It can enrich your crop’s atmosphere with optimal CO2 levels, fostering healthy growth of cannabis plants.

This generator will easily increase your grow room's CO2 ppm by means of burners that use propane to produce CO2 that will slowly accumulate in the room where it’s placed.

Use propane burners to produce carbon dioxide 

Depending on your available space, you'll need a specific strength of Co2 generator to ensure you can keep the ppm at the optimal point of 1500, guaranteeing the best possible flowering period.

To control your ppm, you need a SuperPro Carbon B-1 CO2 Controller and, depending on how many burners you have, it'll take more or less time to reach the desired ppm, taking into account that 1 ppm is equivalent to 0.0001% and that 1500 ppm is a 1.5% of the total grow space.

Choose your CO2 generator according to the size of your grow

To find out which generator you need you must first know the size of your growing area. For instance, if you have a 4 x 5 x 3 m room, that would be 60 m³. If you want a concentration of 1500 ppm, you need 1.5% of the room’s volume filled with CO2. Let's work it out: 60/100 = 0.6, which is 1% of the total space. So, 1.5% would be    0.5 x 1.5=0.9 m³/h, so you’d have enough with the two-burner generator. Still, the optimal model would be the 4-burner because plants absorb CO2 as soon as it appears, so you’ll need twice as much, which is 0.9 x 2 = 1.8 m³/h. So, the best model in this example would be the four-burner generator.

  • 4 = 2,64 KW
  • 8 = 5,28 KW

CO2 generators depending on the space:

  • 4 burners 3.1m³/h for rooms of up to 103m³ or 34m² by 3m tall.
  • 8 burners 6.23m³/h for rooms of up to 207m³ or 69m² by 3m tall.
